Founder has 25+ years of experience as Big4 auditor and trusted advisor to boards and c-suites of all sizes of Danish and international enterprises. Previous engagements include Maersk, Novo Nordisk, Pandora, SimCorp, Royal Unibrew, Ørsted, European Energy, British American Tobacco, Hempel and SAS.
Founder has conducted special tasks and programs for the CFO office, advised on sustainability/ESG reporting and assurance, conducted fit for purpose reviews of finance organisations and external and internal financial reporting, reviewed audit committee setups and modus operandi, delivered project management (PMO) and transformation services, and supported strategy execution excellence.
Founder has worked with M&A's, listings/capital funding/prospectuses, special assistance to Danish Rigsrevisor and curator's, forensic investigations, SoX implementations, and crises management and business resilience.
Profound experience with leadership. Founder has been Finance executive in one of the largest employers in the world. Founder has as leader of the audit business and in a COO like role been part of re-establishing KPMG in Denmark from scratch to a 1bn+ revenue/1000+ people professional services firm.
Founder has been on the Board of FSR - Danske Revisorer from 2014-2022. In this period FSR was transformed to fit for purpose. FSR is Denmark's trade organisation of auditing, accounting, tax and corporate finance.
Founder is State Authorised Public Accountant (2000), Approved Sustainability Auditor (2024) and has completed various educational sessions at IMD, LBS, Miller Heiman and more.
